My husband got a cute Pit Bull puppy for his 65th birthday

My husband got a cute Pit Bull puppy for his 65th birthday. The first night he made her a bed on the floor by our bed. We went to bed. After a few minutes, the puppy begn to whine. My husband reached down and petted her, but she still whined. Then my husband picked her up and sat her on the bed. The puppy climbed on his chest nd went to sleep. I told him he was making a mistake. He said it was ok because the puppy was happy. When she weighed twenty pounds, sleeping on his chest wasn’t a problem. However, she grew. Now that she weights ninety pounds, he doesn’t want her sleeping on his chest. I wonder why. When the puppy was small, she would pull hard on the leash when we took her for a walk. I told my husband that we had to break her of that habit before she got big. When we walked her, if she pulled hard, we would stop. Once the leash went slack, we would start walking again. She was a smart puppy and learned quickly. Everythig went fine for almost year. When she weighed about eighty pounds, my husband took her for a walk aftre an ice storm. Everything was covered with ice. As they headed down the hill, my husband slipped and fell. The pup didn’t feel any tension on the leash, so, she took off. Appearantly, a 170 pound body sliding downhill on ice doesn’t offer much resistance because the pup ran over 30 yards, dragging my husband, befofre he got her stopped. Once she realized that he was down, she jumped on his chest and began to lick his face!
