These gap in employment starts to wear on me

I first heard about Mechanical Turk on NPR. It was an interesting story and I thought, “Can you really make money working at a job that only pays you a couple of cents a task?” You can, not a lot of money but in this economy every bit helps. I looked up Mechanical Turk and it seemed like a perfect job for me. I had just quit my job because I was moving again. My husband is in the military and we are move every three years. This means I am always leaving jobs. These gap in employment starts to wear on me. I start thinking should I spend $4 on a cup of coffee when I am not working? Mechanical Turk is perfect for working on when you are sitting in a hotel room waiting for housing. You do not have an address or your furniture yet but at least you can work. I am still very new at it and I am intimidated by some of the HITs but I am getting the hang of it. I love writing the reviews. I love eating and shopping at local businesses so I feel like an advocate for my favorite places. It also helps my writing skill and has increased my typing speed. I have not made much money yet and probably will not ever get rich or even be able to do it full-time. But it keeps me from going to the mall everyday or watching daytime television, so it has been worth it.
